Breakfast: cereal in 1% milk, yogurt

Lunch: chicken breast smothered in peanut butter/yogurt sauce

Dinner:

Snacks: apple bread, dried apricots, more apple bread, more dried apricots

Cardio: 2 mile walk/jog

Strength: 20 Minute Weight Loss Yoga from yogadownloads.com

Step Ups: 3 sets x 10 reps

Tricep Dips: 3 sets x 10,9,8 reps

Pushups: 3 sets x 10 reps

Lunges: 3 sets x 10 reps
