Wake up time: 6am

Weight: 127.5

Breakfast: oatmeal with dried apricot and brown sugar, chai tea

Lunch: black bean tacos with cilantro, shredded cabbage, and avacado

Dinner: black bean burger with cheese, mustard, cilantro, and steak sauce

Snacks:  apple bread, banana, more apple bread, cereal, sees candy lollipop, dried apricot

Cardio:

Strength: Some 10 minute PiYo video

Energy Level: tired

Mood: Worried. Anxious. Excited.

Bed time: 10:30 pm

Fruit: 3

Veggies: 4

Water: 5

Stretch: The hip stretch yoga video
