Wake up time: 7am

Weight: 127

Breakfast: mocha with cinnamon, leftover pizza slice

Lunch: sweet potato with brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla

Dinner: some sort of granola-y cereal and amazing apple bread (will post recipe soon)

Snacks:  1/2 cinnamon raisin bagel, mocha, stray slice of pizza, dried apricots, peanut butter pretzels, tangerine, coconut yogurt

Cardio: 2 mile stroll

Strength: 10 Minute Solutions Pilates Perfect Silhouette

Energy Level: good

Mood: good

Bed time: 11pm

Fruit: 2

Veggies: 1

Water: 4

Stretch: 10 minute rhythmic stretch, Hip Opening Yoga Flow
