Day: 5

Wake up time: 6am

Weight: 129

Breakfast: panna cotta (as a pre-breakfast snack), chai tea, oatmeal with peanut butter and brown sugar

Lunch: lentil/black bean/ leftover farmers market produce stew

Dinner: more pizza than was necessary

Snacks: cinnamon raisin bagel

Cardio: 3ish mile stroll

Strength: 10 Minute Solutions-Pilates Perfect Abs, rode two horses

Energy Level: good, tired after dinner

Mood: good

Bed time: 11 pm

Fruit: boo

Veggies: 1 or 2

Water: 5

Stretch: Yoga In Bed-AM Stretch (not a huge fan……looking for something a little more intense than neck rolls and shoulder circles)
