Day: 3

Wake up time: 6am

Weight: 128

Breakfast: chai tea, oatmeal with peanut butter and chocolate (mmmm)

Lunch: cinnamon raisin bagel, pear, yogurt, water

Dinner: beef stew, pear, roast potatoes, egg custard

Snacks: string cheese, hard boiled egg, cadbury egg (no self control)

Cardio: some 30 minute cardio groove thing courtesy of exercisetv.com

Strength: rode 4 horses…nothing major….about trail ride intensity

Energy Level: Upper side of average

Mood: defeated….feel like I can’t ride a horse worth crap

Bed time: around 10pm

Fruit: 2

Veggies: 3

Water: 5

Stretch: 10 minutes of morning yoga
