Day: 2

Wake up time: 6 am (gorgeous sunrise)

Weight: 130

Breakfast: coffee with cream, egg salad sandwich

Lunch: beef stew, slice of bread with pear jam, milk

Dinner: roast potatoes, acorn squash

Snack: granola bar, hot cocoa, slice of ww bread with pear jam, roast acorn squash seeds,  spoon full of chocolate frosting 🙂


Strength: 10 Minute Solutions-Pilates Perfect Body Perfect Silhouette

Energy Level: meh

Mood: feel a tickle in my throat….worried about getting sick

Bed time: 10 pm

Servings of Fruit: 1

Servings of Veggies: 4

Cups of Water: 5
