Wake up time: 6:00 am

Breakfast: Chai Tea (water,milk, tea, sugar), Oatmeal (slow cook oats/banana/ brown sugar)
Lunch: Egg salad sandwich (1 egg, mayo, mustard, ww bread), carrot salad (carrot/balsamic), tangelo, two saltines with pear jelly
Dinner: roasted fingerling potatoes, beef stew (carrots, potato, radish, beef), chai tea, slice of bread with pear jelly
Snacks: tangerine, hard boiled egg, apple with peanut butter
Cardio:
Strength: 30 minutes of riding, mucking stall
Energy Level: average
Mood: average

Bed time:11 pm

Servings of Fruit: 5

Servings of Veggies: 4

Cups of Water: 6
