Back in California, April is when all the farmer’s markets, u-pick options, and fruit stands spring up. Now I have an excuse to take advantage of them.

So far April, nary a bit of fast food will pass these lips, and every freaking meal will be homemade, homegrown, and locally purchased.

AND within the set budget.
